The global variable SAS Record History is not honored for identifiers when you run a test case in SAS Real-Time Decision Manager. When the variable is enabled, the standard activity _SAS_CHUPDATE_DS2_ACTIVITY should write the identifiers into the Common Data Model (CDM). The two identifier tables in the CDM that are affected by this activity are as follows:

CI_CONTACT_HISTORY_CHAR_ID

CI_CONTACT_HISTORY_NUM_ID
This problem can affect the use of the Self-Learner process in SAS Real-Time Decision Manager.
