In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you might see only an empty folder when you save a copy of a scenario by clicking the Save As button. This problem happens when you perform steps similar to the following:

1. In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, open a scenario by selecting Optimization ► Scenarios ►scenario-name.


2. Click Save As to save a copy of the scenario. When you select a folder to which other scenarios are already saved, the Save As dialog box only shows a message that says No items are available, as shown below:
