In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, date values shift to one month earlier (-1) when you enter date values in a date field in a custom diagram tool and you click OK.

This problem happens when you perform steps similar to the following:

1. Create a custom diagram tool that contains From and To dates.


2. Use the custom diagram tool in a campaign.

When you complete these steps, the date value in the custom diagram tool is shifted to one month earlier (-1).

The issue occurs only when the server time zone is set to Seoul, which is Coordinated Universal Time (UTC+9).
