Problem Note 67727: The sasmaextract utility fails and an error occurs when you try to extract campaigns in SAS® Customer Intelligence
When you use the SAS Customer Intelligence sasmaextract utility to extract your campaigns, you might encounter an issue when you use the utility inside a Process node that is linked to a Communication node.
When you run the post processing, the following error message might be displayed in the SASCustIntelCore6.x.log file:
2021-03-08 12:20:33,537 ERROR [tomcat-http--17] [] [] .services.common.error.ServicesException - CI-00000001 The application has encountered an unknown error. Please check the application error logs or contact your system administrator for assistance.
com.sas.ci.services.common.error.ServicesException: The application has encountered an unknown error. Please check the application error logs or contact your system administrator for assistance.
The failing execution can happen for different campaigns and it is intermittent.
Post processing of the node works if you re-execute it, and the sasmaextract utility does not fail.
