Problem Note 67699: EBA Taxonomies validation rules v6263 and v6264 return incorrect messages

If you implement an EBA Taxonomies validation rule (v6263 or v6264) in an XBRL file that contains a number data type, the validation report shows the following message:
The validation <rule_ID> did not get executed. Please review the value of the cells or the validation rule.
The message should be about a failure of validation instead. After you apply this hot fix, the message will report that the validation has failed.
