Problem Note 67688: CAS actions might fail with the error "Unknown message received on controller"

In some cases, SAS^® Cloud Analytic Services (CAS) actions can fail and produce the following error in the server log:

ERROR [00841913] MAIN exampleuser 55647 [casgeneral.c:6728] - Unknown message received on controller: 56000000, 164/157.
