Problem Note 67639: Text in a campaign diagram disappears after you close and then re-open the campaign in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

Text that you add to a campaign diagram disappears after you save, close, and re-open the campaign. This problem happens when the text contains at least one double quotation mark (").
The text with the double quotation mark (or marks), which you add right-clicking and selecting Add Text, is visible only when you first add it to the campaign. When you save, close, and then re-open the campaign, the text disappears from the diagram.
