Problem Note 67590: The Kerberos connection to Greenplum from SAS® Federation Server fails with "CLI error trying to establish connection..." if you use the UID option

The connection to Greenplum from SAS® Federation Server 4.4 fails when you try to use a Kerberos connection and include the UID option in the connection string. In this scenario, if you use a LIBNAME statement, an error similar to the following appears in the log:

libname x fedsvr noprompt="driver=remts;server=server;port=24142;sspi=1;secpackagelist=kerberos;conopts=(dsn=greenplum_sso;uid=sldtest;)";
ERROR: CLI error trying to establish connection: Unable to establish
       connection : ERROR: [SAS][ODBC Greenplum Wire Protocol driver]Socket
       closed. : ERROR: [SAS][ODBC Greenplum Wire Protocol driver]Socket
       closed
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
