Problem Note 67579: You cannot apply Hot Fix C9A004 for SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server 5.4 because your site has import restrictions for SAS/SECURE™ software

You want to install Hot Fix C9A004 for SAS Scalable Performance Data Server 5.4, but the hot-fix installation cannot be completed.
The post-installation instructions required that you take the following step to apply the hot fix:
3. Copy the following lines from the samples/pwdb script to the same location in your site/pwdb script:
TKERSA2_LIB_PATH=$SASHOME/Secure/sasexe
export TKERSA2_LIB_PATH
However, due to import restrictions, the directory $SASHOME/Secure/sasexe might not exist because SAS/SECURE software functionality is limited in some countries.
