The Azure Data Lake Storage Data Source type does not support connecting through forward HTTP proxy servers.

Click the Hot Fix tab in this note for a link to instructions about accessing and applying the software update.

After installing the hot fix, you can use the HTTP_PROXY and NO_PROXY environment variables to specify forward HTTP proxy server settings. Set these variables in the /opt/sas/viya/config/etc/cas/default/cas_usermods.settings file on the CAS controller to make them effective for CAS processes.
