Problem Note 67522: The ETL job in the SAS® Risk Governance Framework fails to add a user link type to the output tables when no link instances exist for the link type
By default, the extract, transform, load (ETL) job in the SAS Risk Governance Framework should add all link types to the output tables, even when no link instances exist for a link type. However, the ETL job might incorrectly fail to add a link type for a user relationship when no link instances exist for the user link type.
