In SAS Marketing Automation, Custom Details group exports display results from a non-selected group. In the example below, you can only choose one value from the Selection group drop-down list.
The example above shows a Date field with a date value (28 January 2021). If you select another group, then other fields that belong to that group are displayed. Then, you can add each of those fields to the export file.
The expected behavior is that the selected group's values should be added into the export file and the non-selected group's values should be blank (missing) in the export. However, in some cases, you see both the selected values as well as values that you do not select in the export file. For example, in the image below, you see two date columns (DATE_PACKDET and DATE2_PACKDET) and values are displayed for both fields.
