Problem Note 67431: The OPTMODEL procedure issues the message "ERROR: Out of memory in solver"

PROC OPTMODEL might issue the following error when using the nonlinear programming (NLP) solver to solve a problem for which the number of variables or the number of constraints is very large:
ERROR: Out of memory in solver.
