Problem Note 67426: Using the scroll bar causes the nodes in a campaign to move unexpectedly in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

For a selection campaign or a decision campaign (on the Diagram tab) in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the nodes are moved when you use the scroll bar. They move to the location of where you previously pressed the scroll bar. For example, suppose that you add a Cell node and you move the scroll bar. When you do, the Map node automatically moves to the last position where you clicked the scroll bar to move it.

The following images show before and after pictures of this issue.

Before you move the scroll bar:

After you move the scroll bar:

This problem can happen when you navigate through the diagram.
