When you filter a SAS Visual Analytics report, the endpoints are reset to the minimum and maximum endpoints under the following conditions:

• The SAS Visual Analytics report contains slider prompts with the Set value to dynamic minimum and Set value to dynamic maximum options enabled.
• You select a range in the slider, and then adjust another prompt that filters the slider. 

This issue occurs even if your selected range is still valid.

In the following example, the drop-down list filters the range slider:

If the drop-down list changes and filters the slider, the slider endpoints are reset to the minimum and maximum points, as shown below:

This behavior is not expected.

To work around the issue, disable the Set value to dynamic minimum and Set value to dynamic maximum options if possible.
