In SAS Visual Analytics, you can use the Override system data limit option in the Options panel to specify a different system data limit for report objects. However, if you do not want to specify this option for each report object, then you can adjust this setting in SAS Environment Manager ► Report Data Service ► sas.reportdata.properties. The maxRowsLookup section contains a list of report objects. Here, you can set the maximum result rows values for the supported visual types:

However, if you modify this option for cross tables, then the value that you specify is not automatically applied to all cross tables in your existing and new reports.

To avoid this problem, you need to select each cross table report object in your reports and set this option manually in the Options panel:
