In SAS Intelligent Decisioning, you can use the expression editor to assign a value or expressions to a variable. If you have a formats or block comments that are defined in the expression editor for a rule set, those items are declared to be variables in the rule set. This behavior is incorrect.
For example, if you submit the following code that contains the format $CHAR5.in the expression editor, a variable named CHAR5 is created in the rule set.
Note: You cannot delete the CHAR5 variable.
