Problem Note 67320: A corrupted Microsoft Excel file might be created with DBMS=XLSX when the worksheet name contains 8-bit characters

A corrupted Excel file might be created with DBMS=XLSX under the following conditions:

The sheet name contains 8-bit characters.
The file already exists and you specify the Replace option.

When you encounter this issue, you see a message similar to the following when you open the file with Excel:

We found a problem with some content in 'outfile.xlsx'. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of the workbook, click yes.

As a workaround, use only 7-bit characters in the sheet name.
