Within SAS Health: Cohort Builder 2.1, any field within a SAS table whose label contains special characters and/or quotation marks will result in the table not being successfully assigned or mapped.
Beginning with SAS® Health: Cohort Builder 2.1.1, every label on every incoming field of every incoming table will be scanned and validated for the presence of quotation marks and special characters.
If the validation fails, an error will be returned indicating that invalid characters were detected.
If an error is returned, you must take appropriate action to correct the label contents in order for the table to be mapped successfully.
