Problem Note 67305: The Load Product Chain process template goes into an infinite loop in SAS® Demand Planning

In SAS Demand Planning, the Load Product Chain process template might go into an infinite loop. This problem can happen when the input file contains a use case where, for example, Product1 is replaced by Product2 and Product2 is replaced by Product 1 at the same time, similar to this example:
