Problem Note 67299: Incorrect custom-detail values for a treatment are displayed in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you might notice that incorrect values are displayed after you update one or more treatment custom-detail values and you click the Save button in SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager.
This issue occurs when both of the following conditions are true:
- The same treatment is assigned to a marketing cell more than once.
- You do not update the first occurrence of the treatment.
The values that are displayed in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio are the values that are associated with the first occurrence of the treatment. To work around this issue, deselect the treatment that you updated by selecting a different treatment. Then, select the treatment again.
