In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the details on the Brief Custom Details tab might disappear. The tab page is blank except for the following message:

Typically, this page should be updated with custom details, as shown below:

This problem happens for all users and in all browsers.

To work around this problem:

1. Create a new campaign.
2. Copy and paste the diagram to the new campaign.
