In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you might see a Teradata connection error when you append data in the same table to which all Communication nodes write concurrently. The problem happens when you execute a scheduled campaign with multiple Communication nodes, where the export process uses the Teradata MultiLoad utility to append data in the same Teradata table.

When this problem occurs, you might see the following error message in the SASCustIntelCore6.6.log file for at least one Communication node:

If you execute the failing Communication node manually after the error occurs, the process completes.
