Problem Note 67220: Custom details do not appear to be selected in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
When you edit custom details for a treatment in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you might notice that custom-detail values that you selected previously do not appear to be selected. This issue occurs under the following conditions:
- You edit treatment custom details in a decision campaign or a decision treatment campaign.
- The custom detail that you are editing is populated by a dynamic list.
