Problem Note 67207: You cannot hide the "Selection Campaign Groups" menu item in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you can no longer hide the Selection Campaign Groups menu item. This problem happens when you perform steps similar to the following:
- In SAS® Management Console, disable (clear the check box for) the capability Manage selection campaign groups for a group or role (for example, the Basic Campaign Design role).
- Assign the role (or group) to a user.
After you perform these steps, you still see the Selection Campaign Groups menu item in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio 6.6, and you also see all existing campaign groups.
When you try to create a new selection campaign group, a pop-up dialog box is displayed that shows this message:
You do not have permission to perform this action
If you follow the steps above for earlier releases of SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the Selection Campaign Groups menu item is no longer visible.
