Problem Note 67202: SAS® Reference Data Manager is unable to create new domains
Any attempt to create a new domain in SAS Reference Data Manager fails after you click Save. The following error message appears in the interface:
The domain could not be created.
The SAS Reference Data Manager log also contains one or more of the following errors or exceptions where the collation value and encoding value vary:
Error during DomainVersion createVersion: The version items could not be created.
Nested exception is org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: collation "en_US" for encoding "UTF8" does not exist.
