Custom sort orders are not correctly exported to Excel from SAS Visual Analytics Viewer under the following conditions:

• You apply a custom sort order to a category (X).
• You use the category (X) in a hierarchy.
• You use the hierarchy in a crosstab object.
• You export 'Formatted Data'.

Here is an example that illustrates this issue. 

1. A custom sort order on Make (Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Buick) is applied. It is displayed correctly in SAS Visual Analytics Viewer:

2. The data is exported to Excel. The custom sort order is not applied correctly:

To work around the issue, export from the Designer/Edit mode. Using this method correctly exports the data. The issue appears only when exporting from Viewer.
