Problem Note 67183: Decimal values are incorrectly rounded when written to Hive

Decimal values that include two decimal places are incorrectly rounded when written to Hive. For example, the value 0.0146 is incorrectly rounded to 0.02 when written to Hive. The value should be rounded to 0.01.
