Problem Note 67161: Long node names in the diagram picture continue past the edge of the node when you create a PDF document in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When you create a PDF document that includes a diagram picture in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the text continues beyond the edge of the node in a Linux operating environment. This issue occurs when the node name that is created in the original campaign (on the Diagram tab) is long.

The problem occurs when you have a node on the Diagram tab that has a long name and you perform steps similar to the following:

  1. On the Diagram tab, click the More Options menu (. . .) and select Create PDF Document, as shown below.

    Create the PDF document

  2. From the Create Document list, select Diagram Picture. Then click Create Document.

    Select "Create Document"

When you open the created PDF document, you can see that the text extends beyond the node.
