SAS Real-Time Decision Manager custom details are separated with a space instead of a comma. The multiple values that you select should be separated by the comma when Comma is selected as the delimiter in SAS^® Customer Intelligence (via Setup ► Environment variables ► Campaign ► Separator for list values / Separator for list values). However, the values are separated by a space instead.

This problem occurs when the Customer Details window contains a Text field with the option to select multiple values. 

To work around this issue, set a high value (for example, 10,000) for the option maximum value count in the Text field of the Custom Details window.
