Problem Note 67096: Using Shift+X in combination with the arrow keys to scroll in a campaign diagram does not work in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you cannot scroll in a campaign diagram by using the combination of the Shift+X keys and the arrow keys.
In the campaign diagram, using that key combination (for example, Shift+X and the up arrow) does not work in an instance of SAS Customer Intelligence Studio that does not use Adobe Flash Player.
