Problem Note 67065: The SAS® Viya® 3.5 File microservice fails and a warning is generated in the log

In SAS Viya 3.5, the File microservice fails, and the following error is displayed in the log:
2020-09-10 13:22:29.218 ERROR 92906 — [auto-1-exec-176] com.sas.commons.rest.ExceptionLog : FS100638 [56455306ddd9f1d6] caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: insert or update on table "file_meta" violates foreign key constraint "file_meta_fk01"
Detail: Key (content_id)=(c3de1148-7366-41c7-beb3-7dbd9d7b609a) is not present in table "file_content".
When the File microservice tries to update content and to patch file metadata concurrently, the software creates a new content ID. As a result, the current content ID becomes obsolete, and the failure occurs.
