Problem Note 67055: SAS® Visual Analytics reports that are promoted from version 7.4 or earlier might contain display issues related to filters being inaccessible
When you move SAS Visual Analytics reports from version 7.4 or earlier to version 7.5 or later, the report might have display issues and/or report filters might be unavailable. In this scenario, the report might not function as expected.
To work around the issue, manually update the report using SAS Visual Analytics Diagnostics:
- Save a copy of the report XML to an external file using the Save button.
- Press Ctrl+Alt+B. This action displays the report XML.
- Click the report XML and press Ctrl+F to open the Find dialog box.
- Enter DATETIME. in the Find field (it is vital to include the period after DATETIME).
- Enter DATETIME0. in the Replace field (it is vital to include the zero and period after DATETIME).
- Click the Replace All button.
- Click the Close button in the Find dialog box.
- Click the Load button to load the updated report XML to the Report Designer (this action returns you to the Designer with the updates applied).
After you make this update, the report should function as expected. If you have issues, you can restore the report to the state it was in before you modified the report XML using the Diagnostics window. Then, open the saved report XML file and click the Load button.
