Problem Note 67002: SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio displays a blank window when you open the Custom Detail page in a Communication node

When you open the Custom Detail page inside a Communication node in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, a blank window is displayed and SAS Customer Intelligence Studio becomes unresponsive.
When this problem occurs, no error messages are displayed in the log files. The problem seems to happen after you apply the latest hot fix (Z77026) for SAS Customer Intelligence.
The only way to unlock the campaign is to close your browser and log on again to SAS Customer Intelligence Studio.
