A configuration failure occurs for SAS Federation Server during an upgrade of SAS Real-Time Decision Manager 6.4, SAS Decision Services 6.4, and SAS Federation Server 4.1 to SAS Real-Time Decision Manager 6.6, SAS Decision Services 6.4M2, and SAS Federation Server 4.4.
During the upgrade process, the following error is generated at Stage 3: Update Server Content ► Step 1. SAS Decision Services, SAS Federation Server config:
The SAS Federation Server is not running
