Problem Note 67053: You are unable to create a new queue using the "Add new queue" button in the SAS® Anti-Money Laundering user interface

You cannot add a queue by using the Add new queue button on the Admin ► Queues page in SAS Anti-Money Laundering. As shown below, the button is grayed out:
This problem happens when the underlying Knowledge Center database table FSK_QUEUE contains no data.
To work around this issue, make sure that you have at least one record with queue information in the FSK_QUEUE table.
