Problem Note 66993: Upgrading the SAS® Infrastructure Data Server in Microsoft Windows environments could trigger the message "panic: runtime error..."

When you try to run the sas-pgupgrade-cli.exe upgrade utility on a Windows system to upgrade the SAS Infrastructure Data Server (PostgreSQL), an error similar to the following might occur:
