In the SAS Intelligent Planning Suite, formatting does not work as expected in the following circumstances:

• You format cells by using the Protect Cell option in a worksheet or by using Hold Rules in a data-entry table in the SAS^® Add-In for Microsoft Excel.
• You format numbers for the web that are equivalent to Microsoft Excel, but they are inconsistent.
