Problem Note 66914: The SAS® Viya® Launcher Server contains a memory leak and returns "Process reaper failed to delete process..." in the launcher service log

The launcher process continues to consume memory on the operating system each day. To release the memory, you must restart the sas-viya-runlauncher-default service. But shortly after you do this, the memory consumption continues to increase again.
In the launcher service log located in /opt/sas/viya/config/var/log/launcher/default (Windows location: C:\\ProgramData\SAS\Viya\var\log\launcher\default), the following error messages occur repeatedly:
2020-09-24 14:14:32.780 ERROR 11316 --- [0-auto-1-exec-5] com.sas.commons.rest.ExceptionLog : sas.launcher [e02771f2290b4827] com.sas.commons.rest.exceptions.ResourceException: No qualified launcher servers are available to complete request.
