Problem Note 66912: The Assign Metadata Libraries window in SAS® Studio might not populate

If the description of a SAS metadata library contains a carriage return, then the Assign Metadata Libraries window that is accessible from the Libraries pane does not open. There is no error or warning dialog box.
The workaround is to remove the carriage return from the library description via SAS® Management Console.
In order to assign metadata libraries without the Assign Metadata Libraries action, specify one or all of them via an autoexec.sas file.

The hot fix is for SAS® Studio 3.8 and SAS® Studio 3.81.
