Problem Note 66880: Using the BULKUNLOAD option with SAS/ACCESS® Interface to PostgreSQL on the Microsoft Windows x64 Platform fails with missing DLLs

Attempting to use the BULKUNLOAD option with SAS/ACCESS Interface to PostgreSQL on Windows x64 fails due to the following missing DLLs:

  • libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll
  • libssl-1_1-x64.dll

Applying the hot fix delivers the libraries into the appropriate directory.
