In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, Communication nodes become overlapped when you perform steps similar to the following:

1. Create a diagram that contains some nodes (for example, five nodes, as shown below):

   



2. Inside the diagram, change the layout by selecting Layout ► option (either Left, Right, Up, or Down).

   

After you change the layout, only four Communication nodes are displayed, as shown below. The fifth node is hidden behind the last one.

As a workaround, you can drag the last Communication node out of the way so that the hidden one is made visible. However, it is not easy to recognize if a Communication node is actually missing. If you are unsure, check the campaign document. Any hidden Communication node is shown in that document.
