Problem Note 66747: Details about exceptions that are related to taxonomy packages are lost in SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench

In SAS Risk and Finance Workbench, taxonomy packages often result in vague error messages. In these cases, the details about the exception are lost.

Currently, there is no workaround for obtaining better diagnostic information.
