Problem Note 66732: Dynamic list dependencies do not display the correct element Label in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, when you create a Custom Detail Group that is populated by a dynamic list with dependencies, the list does not display the proper value for the Label property. Instead, it displays the value for Name, as shown below:

The incorrect value is displayed

This behavior is confusing because it is difficult to determine which Name value is behind all of the Test x values.

To work around this problem, complete the following steps:

  1. Modify the Label property (for example, by adding a number), as shown below:

    Adding to the 'Label' property

  2. Click OK to update the property with the new Label value.

  3. Remove the number that you added and click OK again.

When you perform these steps, the Label value is displayed correctly in the dependency.

Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
