Treatment assignments are lost after you sort the list of treatments in SAS Customer Intelligence 6.6. This problem, which happens on the List sub-page of the Treatments page, occurs when you try to add new treatments using the plus (+) sign. This action opens the Select Campaign Treatments window. The previously assigned treatments are prefilled when you open this window for editing. However, when you sort by a column, the list deselects all the treatments. When you click OK after the sorting, a prompt is displayed that requests confirmation of the removal of the treatments.
The following display shows an example of this behavior. After sorting by the column Code in this example, the selection for the treatment 0% APR Credit Card is removed.
