In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you cannot set the SAS Marketing Automation scheduler for some locales. For example, when you click Ausführungsplan bearbeiten (Set schedule) on the Ausführungsplan (Schedule) page in a German locale, the following schedule page is displayed:

The page shows that Kampagne (Campaign) is selected. When you choose a date and try to click OK, nothing happens. That is, the scheduling window does not disappear, and no error message is visible.

To work around this issue:

1. Select Manuell scheduling (Manual) at the top of the same window. Then, when you are prompted, accept that the current schedules will be removed.
2. Return to the Kampagne (Campaign) schedule page. You should now be able to set a schedule and click OK.
