Problem Note 66580: RESPONSE_SK=-1 values are inserted, wrongly, into the CI_RESPONSE_HISTORY table by the RHUpdate DS2 process in SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager
In SAS Real-Time Decision Manager, when you record response history in the CI_RESPONSE_HISTORY common data model (CDM) table, you might notice that RESPONSE_SK=-1 values are inserted, even though they should not be. This issue occurs under the following conditions:
- The RESPONSE_CD value is lowercase or mixed case (for example, RESPONSE_CD='Bs6').
- The DS2 process (RHUpdate) is used to insert response history data into the CDM.
