Problem Note 66565: Sensitivity Analysis in SAS® Marketing Optimization shows only a blank screen

In SAS Marketing Optimization, the Sensitivity Analysis displays only a blank page when you perform steps similar to the following:

  1. In SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio, select an optimization scenario. On the Results tab in the scenario, click Sensitivity Analysis. Make sure that you have at least two results.
  2. Click the lock icon to unlock the graph and change the axes scale with your mouse scrolling function, as shown below:

  3. Click the second graph. When you do, a blank page is displayed, as shown here:

However, if you close and re-open the scenario, the graph is displayed for both results.

As a workaround for this problem, do not scale the axes.
