In some circumstances, SAS Visual Analytics might unexpectedly ignore slider values. As a result, report objects are no longer filtered by the slider. Specifically, this problem can occur when you select a new value from a report-level drop-down list, and the slider is on the report canvas with one-way filters on the report objects. 

This problem is most likely to occur when a report object uses a calculated item that depends on a parameter value that is set by the report-level prompt.

In the following display, the Filters information correctly shows the slider values, and the report objects are filtered as expected.

After changing the drop-down list to Rear, the Filters information shows No selections, and the report objects are no longer filtered.

As a workaround, manually adjust the slider values. After you manually adjust the slider, it should work normally.
