When you attempt to edit a treatment custom detail that is contained in a group in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you might notice that the custom detail is not available in the window because other groups are included. The inclusion of these other groups is not correct behavior. This issue occurs when you have many custom-detail groups and the custom detail that you want to edit is not in one of the custom-detail groups that is shown in the window.
For example, in the following display, the b7 custom detail is not available to edit because its custom-detail group (CDG22) is unavailable in the window.
Occasionally, you can work around this issue by collapsing custom-detail groups until the custom detail that you want to edit is visible. However, if you cannot collapse enough custom-detail groups to make your custom detail visible, then there is no workaround.
